Josh Lewis brings a unique blend of human resources, leadership and business operations experience to help clients find the best outcome for both the organization and its employees in today’s complex work environment.

He spent the first several years of his career in the financial and HR analytics space with Forvis Mazars (formerly BKD, LLP), Zions Bank and Goldman Sachs. From there, Josh shifted into HR partnering and leadership roles with DISH Network, Stinson, and nbkc bank. While studying business at Missouri State University (MBA, BS – Business Management), Josh held operational leadership roles within the hospitality industry (Marriott), as well.

Throughout his twenty years of professional experience, Josh has gained a depth of knowledge regarding HR process improvement, employee experience surveying/action planning, compensation analysis, HRIS migration and integrations, and using people analytics to help organizations make business decisions. These areas of experience have been within organizations of all sizes, from small, local employers to global corporations.
